Meet Dr. Sanaz Adibian

Our dedicated Clinical Psychologist & Mindfulness Coach, Dr. Sanaz Adibian, is here to guide you on your mindfulness journey. Learn more about her expertise and experience.

Dr. Sanaz Adibian holds a Ph.D. and post-doctorate in clinical psychology from Argosy University, following her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees from the University of Houston, where she was part of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society of Psychology. With extensive experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, Dr. Adibian has conducted individual and group therapy, including anger management, gang intervention, trauma therapy, stress management, and coping mechanisms. She is a licensed hypnotherapist and Cognitive Transcendence practitioner, specializing in bipolar and personality disorders with a holistic approach. Dr. Adibian also serves as a professor at Yorkville University and has been a guest speaker at numerous prestigious conferences and organizations.
